We're looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and driven individual to join our team and help shape brighter futures for young people across Conwy and Denbighshire.





What

You'll Be Doing:



Delivering 1-to-1 tailored support to vulnerable young people, helping them overcome barriers and unlock their potential. Designing and delivering targeted youth work programmes that inspire, engage, and empower. Working hand-in-hand with the Youth Justice Service, schools, local authorities, and third-sector partners to create a wraparound support network. Working in conjunction with the Youth Engagement and Progression (YEP) Framework, creating opportunities for 11-18-year-olds at risk of disengagement from education, employment, or training. Being a trusted mentor and advocate, helping young people navigate challenges and build confidence for a positive future.
