Being a Little Caesars Store Manager is a life investment. While it is an exceedingly rewarding opportunity, it does require long hours and leading a team of mostly young, hourly-paid employees. It is not for those seeking passive financial investment, working from the sidelines, or adding to a portfolio of business ventures. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The opportunity to manage a Little Caesars branded quick-service restaurant business is exciting and fulfilling, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, passion, and unceasing determination. Prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience:
Aspiring pizza managers must have 3+ years of professional management experience and equip themselves with the necessary competencies and skills to thrive in this fast-paced industry.
Business Acumen:
Understanding the intricacies of running a business is crucial. It includes financial management, strategic planning, and market analysis.
Exceptional Customer Service:
Ensuring customer satisfaction should be a top priority. Happy customers lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
Knowledge of Food Safety Standards:
Ensuring that the food served is safe and of high quality is non-negotiable.
Team Management:
Managing, training, and motivating a team is essential. A well-trained team can enhance the customer experience.
Commitment:
Full-time, hands on, day-to-day ownership and operation of a restaurant business.
Leadership:
Have led a team of people. When you're running your restaurant, you have to learn how to be flexible and balance being there for your people and running your business at the same time. Becoming an operator is about investing your time to build a culture of care around your restaurant.
WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:
Uncapped Profit-Share Earning Potential: 15% of your store PROFIT
A fixed salary of 35,000 per annum
28 days holiday per year
