We are looking for a
Program Manager
with strong experience leadingtechnology transformation programmes
in the banking sector, especially aroundcore banking
andpayments architecture
.You will lead the delivery of a
12-month core banking migration
to replace the current platform (Finova
) before its expiry in June 2027.Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of the end-to-end core banking migration programme. Coordinate cross-functional teams in a regulated financial environment. Manage programme budget, risks, milestones, and timelines. Act as the key point of contact for C-level stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Ensure delivery avoids past integration mistakes and meets quality expectations.
Requirements:
14+ years of experience
in transformation delivery and programme management. Deep knowledge ofpayments systems
(SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, FPS, etc.). Solid understanding ofcore banking architecture
and cloud environments. Experience inwholesale and retail banking transformation
projects. Professional certifications:Prince2
, Agile, ITIL. Strong experience working withFCA, PRA, and Bank of England
.Location: Basingstoke (UK) - HYBRID - 3 days/week onsite required
