Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

? Manage the Integrator contract for the defined Profit Centre

? Total Plant Sales & Profitability

? Inventory Supply chain Management

? Manage and achieve the KPI's

o Profitability

o Delivery

o Cost Savings

o Accounts Receivable

? Customer Satisfaction

? Vendor/Customer problem resolution High Level

? Manage each departments tooling cost and report them to Plant Management

? Manage supply base

? Task and meet with suppliers to review cost savings activities

? Mentoring and Development of plant team

? Support all operations of the EWIE In-Plant Staff

? Performance reviews of the EWIE In-Plant Staff

? Vacation Approval for the EWIE In-Plant Staff

? Arrange & coordinate training for EWIE In-Plant Staff

? Customer Interaction with:

o Plant Management

o Area Managers

o Manufacturing Managers

o Tool Manufacturer's Sales & Service staff

? Perform other miscellaneous activities as requested by Management

? Attending quarterly CMS Meetings

? Attending Supplier meetings as required

? All other related duties

Requirements

? HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering

? 5 years' Experience of CNC Machining and cutting tool applications

? Experience of Precision grinding / Abrasives applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
