We are a centralized team supporting cross functional initiatives under the Global Services and Support organization. As part of the team, this role is responsible for providing data driven insights, driving transformation projects and supporting the business operations with churning quick analyses, driving communications and managing stakeholders
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our company's strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiative and business excellence programs. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business performance.
What You'll DoBusiness Partnership: Own stakeholder relationships regarding capacity, cost, utilization, project management, reporting and analytics. Partner with senior leadership team members to provide data driven decisions using analytical skills and business acumen.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define and refine the company's strategic priorities.
Business Acumen and Structured Thinking: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business model, products/services, and target market segments. Identify areas for improvement, potential risks, and opportunities. Demonstrate structured thinking in approach when solving business problems.
Data insights and analysis: Develop Hypothesis, churn quick analysis and summarize insights in a crisp manner. Present the insights to members of the senior leadership team to drive better outcomes
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives. Monitor and track performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
Communication: Prepare and review visualizations from data to promote internal understanding. Clearly articulate insights. Assist in the development of executive-level presentations, summarizing strategic findings and recommendations.
What Makes You QualifiedProven experience as a strategy consultant/management consultant/ Program Manager or similar role, in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent research and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
Hands-on experience with financial/capacity/business case modelling
Experience with Visualization tools such as Power BI/ Tableau is a plus
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Certification of any kind for Project Management (Prince2, PMP, SCRUM etc.)
