The Program Managers manages the following domains and responsibilities through the Value Engagement.
Strategic Alignment
.
Identifies program outputs and outcomes to provide benefits aligned with organizational strategy goals and objectives.
Make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent
Benefits Management
.
Define plan to measure & share earned value versus planned value based on agreed KVIs per Value Stream and KPIs per Business process, post project go live.
Ensure Deliverables relevance to KPIs and KVIs.
Stakeholder Engagement
.
Identifies and analyzes stakeholder needs and manages expectations and communications to foster stakeholder support.
Governance Framework
.
Manage customer relationship up to C-Level, representing DS and acting as a trusted partner to secure the program execution maintain and execute Customer Governance Activities
Enables and performs program decision-making, establishes practices to support the program, maintains program oversight, and ensures compliance with standards and regulations.
Resolve resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect multiple projects within program
Resolve issues and change management within a shared governance structure, ensure appropriate proactive escalation to avoid crisis.
Align organizational/strategic direction that affects projects and program goals and objectives
Collaboration
.
Management and coaching of Project Managers allocated to the program
Creates and maintains synergy across stakeholders, both internal and external, to optimize benefits delivery and realization.
Life Cycle Management
Manages the program life cycle and the phases required to facilitate program definition, delivery, and closure. This includes active contribution to all phases of Value Engagement
In charge of Program P&L
Propose margin optimization options at Program level
Monitor the progress of program components including projects within the program and ensure program consistency to be delivered on time, on budget, within the agreed scope.
Ensure lessons learnt and best practices within the program supported by Dassault Systemes processes for capitalization
Ensure the program reporting and documentation is compliant with DS Project Information system tools (IFWELOOP, VEPI, VEPM ...
Responsible for preparation and organization of 3DS/Customer executive program reviews
Background
8 years of services, software industry or consulting experience
8 years' experience in Services Project and / or Program Management
Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT or Business Administration or equivalent
Project/Program Management certification (such as PMP from PMI)
