Your Role

Lead testing activities for a large-scale IT infrastructure migration program. Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and frameworks. Oversee planning, execution, and coordination across multiple teams. Manage and mentor test managers, leads, and engineers. Ensure quality assurance, governance, and compliance with standards. Communicate testing status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and project timelines. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Your Profile

Proven leadership in managing large testing teams and complex programs. Strong background in test strategy, planning, and execution. Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration. Familiar with cloud migration, data center exit, and enterprise IT systems. Knowledge of QA governance, risk management, and compliance. Passionate about process optimization and test maturity enhancement. Adept at driving innovation and adopting emerging testing technologies.
