We\'re looking for Programmatic Manager, who will will have responsibilities across the Programmatic UK campaigns for the 888 brand including setup, monitoring and optimisation.

Your Role in the Team

You will be supporting the business strategy across all fronts Programmatically; (Acquisition, Upper Funnel, CRM), as well as coordinate with the Creative team to develop and test effective creative strategies and partner with the Planning and analytical teams to accurately measure Programmatic Advertising. You will be assisting the Programmatic Team Lead to co-ordinate the the Brand/Upper-Funnel activity for the year.

  • You\'ll be plan, coordinate, track and optimise across William Hill\'s programmatic media activity, working closely with senior internal stakeholders.
  • You\'ll create and manage best-in-class programmatic campaigns + build fit for purpose audiences.
  • You\'ll drive William Hill Online revenue growth, through activation and retention of profitable players from programmatic marketing strategies
  • You\'ll monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and report back to the Programmatic Audience Manager
  • You\'ll make post-Campaign Analysis: Utilise the data from Demand Side Platforms, Adservers and first party data to build insights and recommendations. For example, optimisation around: day of week and time of day, frequency, exchanges, Platforms and Websites and audience profiles.
Skills Needed:

We are looking for results driven and motivated by success individual with excellent communication skills and ability to influence, engage and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree required.
  • Professional experience in programmatic marketing.
  • Hands on experience working with The Trade Desk, DV360 and/or other DSPs preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape including experience with setting up PMP deals.
  • Well organized, able to prioritize work for self and others.
  • Efficient and confident communicator, strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Data oriented and highly fluent with Microsoft Excel.
