We are looking for a Programmatic Manager to help with the programmatic digital transformation at the UK's largest commercial news publisher. You will play a critical role in maximizing programmatic revenue through yield strategy, open auction optimization, and deep engagement with the evolving ad tech landscape.
You'll maximize yield and commercial revenue across a complex advertising stack, and will manage and build strong relationships with SSPs, 3rd-party networks, ad tech vendors, and content recommendation platforms. We want someone who will help shape best practice, transformation and adapt to changes in the programmatic ecosystem, including supply & demand path optimization (SPO), audience addressability, and identity solutions.
You'll partner with internal teams (Legal, Data, Ad Ops, Product and Technical ) to align revenue initiatives with business goals, provide best practice, technical account management and troubleshooting support, and will analyze performance data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and recommend actionable improvements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and analytical programmatic expert who is passionate about digital transformation, has excellent SSP/DSP and vendor relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Qualifications
We are seeking a commercial & data driven thinker with proven hands-on experience in programmatic advertising within a publisher, media owner, or ad tech environment. You'll possess proven expertise in working with major SSPs and programmatic partners, and will have a solid understanding of Display, App, video advertising formats and content monetization.
It's important that you possess a strong grasp of privacy, identity, and addressability solutions and their revenue impact, and experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives related to programmatic and SPO would be a massive plus.
You'll be highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights, and will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and external partner engagement.
