We're looking for an experience and highly organised Programme Administration Team Leader to join our dynamic team at LIPA. In this key role, you'll lead the administration for one of our Schools, managing all aspects of the student journey - from enrolment through to graduation. You'll oversee associated student data processes, support academic staff and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality administrative services.



The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree Level (or equivalent) and have proven experience in a similar role in Higher Education setting or a similar environment. You will ideally have experience of supervising a team, managing a busy workload and prioritizing effectively to meet the needs of departments across the organization. high level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure to deadlines is essential. You should also have experience of working with complex databases
