Are you an experienced, enthusiastic and organised individual looking for an exciting new role?
We are looking for an administrator to join our team in the College of Arts, Social Science & Humanities, based in the Lincoln School of Creative Arts.
You will be a key member of the Professional Services team, responsible for supporting the administration of taught programmes, responding to queries from staff and students and be passionate about providing the best experience for our students. You will be part of a team supporting a diverse group of students and teaching staff in the delivery of academic programmes.
You will work closely with academic staff, and other professional support staff. You will support the delivery of modules and programmes of study, dealing effectively with college processes, systems and procedures. Deal with student queries and concerns sympathetically and effectively, in all cases, following college policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality student experience. You will also support student success and wellbeing and provide administrative support and support activities.
To be successful as Programme Administrator, you will be flexible and be able to work as part of a team. Be able to work collaboratively and develop excellent working relationships. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and experience of administration, preferably in an education setting. You will also be comfortable using a variety of electronic systems (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Teams, student record system etc), though training will be provided.
