We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Programme Administrator

to join our dynamic team, supporting the effective delivery of a suite of prestigious graduate programmes. This is a varied and rewarding role that plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of programme administration - from student recruitment to financial management, event coordination, and academic support.

Key Responsibilities



As Programme Administrator, you will:


Act as the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries, providing clear guidance on university and external regulations. Coordinate logistics for training events, meetings and open days, including booking rooms, catering, and accommodation. Support the admissions process for approximately 750+ applications, including organising interview panels and liaising with applicants and colleges. Manage student financial records including stipends, expense claims, and supplier payments using Oracle R12 and SAPConcur. Provide administrative support for taught modules, ensuring teaching materials, assignments and feedback are efficiently managed. Maintain accurate student records (e.g. via e-Vision and JeS), monitor attendance and support progress tracking. Oversee internship and project administration, working closely with industrial partners, academic supervisors, and host departments. Draft and maintain website content and social media updates to ensure strong and dynamic programme visibility. Prepare reports, maintain confidential data in line with GDPR, and contribute to committee servicing including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Essential Criteria



We are looking for someone with:


Proven experience in academic administration within a higher education environment.

Experience in servicing meetings or committees, including minute-taking and follow-up. Person specification
