We are seeking an experienced and enterprising individual to lead the management of Apprenticeship programmes within the Faculty of Health, Science and Technology
As a Programme and Business Development Manager you will:
Take a leading role in ensuring the effective operation and continuous improvement of apprenticeship programmes across subject areas, which include Architecture, Planning, Property and Engineering
Provide expert guidance on University regulations, external funding requirements, and compliance standards, ensuring audit readiness at all times
Lead on the development and implementation of the Apprenticeship Marketing Strategy, including planning and execution of targets recruitment initiatives to meet recruitment targets
Undertake research and data analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and contribute to the validation and integration of new programmes
Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, to drive business growth and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
The successful candidate should:
Possess an Honours degree or demonstrate relevant experience in business development
Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to nurture and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Have a track record in programme or project management, including the successful implementation of business processes
Proven experience in ensuring educational compliance and managing quality assurance processes
