As a Programme Assistant based in the Central Services & Operations team, you will
change leaders who change the world by
providing first-class support to our programme teams, to enable them to deliver a transformative learning experience to our participants.
Our programmes vary significantly in delivery modes and complexity which will give the successful candidate exposure to assisting in live online, digital, face-to-face and blended delivery contexts. Working within an operational context, the role holder will deal with a broad range of tasks such as preparing programme materials and merchandise, providing varied programme assistance during programmes, and covering live online / digital programmes from time to time.
Main Responsibilities:
Programme delivery support
Provide the Programme Manager with extra support prior to and during programme delivery. Duties might include but are not limited to;
Along with our other Programme Assistant, sharing the responsibility for sourcing merchandise, as well as maintaining sufficient stock and strong working relationships with our suppliers.
Preparing merchandise for all face-to-face programmes as requested by the Programme Manager.
Printing and preparation of name badges, desk tents etc. for all face-to-face programmes.
Walking participants between venues (e.g. from their hotel to a dinner venue).
Being a main point of contact for Programme Managers for last minute assistance or programme logistic needs. This would include examples such as sending items/materials to an offsite venue, or assisting with the room set up ahead of a programme.
Creating feedback reports on behalf of Programme Managers.
Creating certificates on behalf of/in collaboration with Programme Managers.
Support with overseas/external shipping of programme materials as and when requested.
Additionally
Being a proactive individual who looks after the upkeep of office appearance as well as stocks of kitchen supplies, stationery etc.
Being active and efficient managing assigned Monday.com tickets, sharing responsibility equally across the team.
Contribute effectively to JBSEEL values and team activities.
Participate in and contribute to special projects where relevant.

Good knowledge and understanding of modern office and learning technology (i.e. Teams, Zoom).
An understanding that on occasion, some programme schedules will require longer working hours, including weekends.

Other Information:
This is a full-time, permanent position. There will be a six-month probationary period. Working hours are 40 hours per week. Occasionally, providing programme support will involve long working hours and irregular patterns of work, including weekends. This is hybrid role, with a current company-wide requirement of a
minimum
of two working days from our office in Cambridge, however the successful candidate will be expected to attend the office more regularly than this should business demand require. Flexible working patterns and schedules are supported.
