Job Description

We are currently addressing to the Programme Commercial Managers with a sound background in rail industry to join a great project that is ran by a Public Sector Client in London/or York.
Hybrid working: 3 days/ week in an office, 2 WFH
About the role: Develop and deploy a robust Commercial Strategy for the management and control of the Programme. This will include development of a work packaging strategy together with plans for effective cost management. Develop a Procurement Strategy for the Programme in compliance with the procurement act.
Essential Skills:

  • Strong railway and/or construction experience
  • Railway commercial contract management and estimating
  • Experienced staff manager and negotiator
  • Experience of resolution of construction contract disputes and robust post contract management
