As our
Programme Coordinator
, you'll be the engine that keeps our football programme running smoothly. You'll coordinate weekly fixtures for our teams, ensure all communications and logistics are clear and help create an environment where our coaches, players and families can focus on what really matters -- their education, futures and the game!

Main Duties and Responsibilities
To
lead
in the delivery of sessions based around Oxfordshire.
To work with the coaching team to assist in the development of youths across Oxfordshire.
To Consistently deliver professional coaching sessions to an
exceptional
standard as part of our Ethos.
To be flexible with work times and sessions carried out.
To work in the office delivering our admin duties and hit targets (KPIs)
To feedback on delivery and player progression via reports termly.
To attend termly CPD events
To work with our stakeholders to improve our provision and grow our provision.
To ensure seamless operations throughout the week.
