Role Summary
The Programme Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our Impact Programme events, which aim to inspire and engage members in addressing global challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics, coordinating content, and delivering high-quality events that align with The Conduit's mission.

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
Provide administrative support for the seamless execution of the Impact Program.
Research and source relevant speakers and content for upcoming events.
Serve as a lead contact for event-day operations, ensuring smooth running from start to finish.
Manage reception duties for program-related events.
Administrative & Technical Support
Maintain and update internal calendars and platforms such as Triple Seat, Monday.com, and spreadsheets.
Lead on setting up Impact Program events on the Conduit app and website.
Raise Purchase Orders and liaise with The Conduit Finance team to process speaker payments.
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate venue space, tech support, and live-streaming needs.
Create and manage posts for the website, Conduit app, PeopleVine, and HubSpot forms.
Keep the speaker and moderator database up-to-date.
Prepare guest lists, manage check-ins, and welcome key participants.
Support the Head of Programme and third-party partners throughout the event planning and execution process.
Relationship Management & Reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers, moderators, members, and collaborators.
Track event attendance, update guest lists, and ensure accurate reporting.
Collect and organise feedback for program improvement and annual reports.
Additional Responsibilities
Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures
Actively champions and promotes The Conduit Inclusion and Diversity Strategy
Supports and contributes to the overall success of The Conduit
Alongside your key duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required in line with business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.
Proficient in digital tools and platforms, including social media.
Experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar role.
Comfortable with public speaking and presentation.
Design and editing skills are a plus.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms is a plus.
