The Disability Resource Centre is currently looking for a Programme coordinator to join our team to deliver a contact with our Skills for Care fund.
The role requires someone that has experience coordinating, delivering and ensuring effective delivery of a training programme. Some experience of adult social care will be advantageous.
The person will need to be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills.
A proactive, flexible attitude is key.
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
ATTRACT
Engage participants onto programmes
Engage with the community and referral agencies
Ensure successful transition from referral to starting on the programme
Engage with outreach to find active participants
ASSESS
Use a range of tools to design a tailored package of support for service-users
Assess learners throughout learning journey and arrange any suitable support requirements
Suitability of Tutors and Trainers.
ACT
Organise course delivery
Develop, evaluate and update all course development and management documentation
Maintain regular contact with participants
Liaise with wider support groups to provide holistic support to the participants
Provide a point of liaison to internal and external stakeholders
maintain databases for reporting
ACHIEVE
Profiled learners start on each programme
Quality Assurance of products and delivery
Retention of learners as profiled

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: 27,107.15 per year
