The Role:
Hampshire County Council's new Economy and Skills Team, within the Hampshire 2050 Directorate, are seeking a permanent Programme Co-ordinator (Quality). This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified professional with a supported employment or training and quality background to join our highly successful and professional team.
We have robust quality assurance processes in place to ensure audit and contract compliance to achieve the funding being claimed on our Connect to Work project. Reporting to our Development Manager (Quality), the Programme Co-ordinator (Quality) role is pivotal to continue quality assuring, monitoring and supporting the development of the performance on all our skills programmes funded through Hampshire 2050. This role will focus initially on our new Connect to Work programme.
What you'll do:
Connect to Work is an employment programme commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to help people in England and Wales find and keep work. Providing support to up to 100,000 people nationally, it's a key part of the government's Get Britain Working strategy to tackle economic inactivity.
A key responsibility of this role is to support and maintain robust quality assurance processes and audit procedures across all 2050 Skills & Employment contracts, driving continuous improvement. You will ensure that all delivery partners understand and implement the quality and audit requirements of their respective contracts, in line with relevant guidance such as Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). Additionally, you will monitor and support providers in meeting the standards of quality frameworks, including the Fidelity Assessment.
