Typical Activities Include:
Rotating across key business areas including Project Management, Managed Services, Cyber & Information Security, and Production.
Supporting process improvement by designing and implementing enhancements to current workflows.
Assisting with project planning, proposal writing, and reporting activities across bids, R&D, and customer engagements.
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of operational documentation such as SOPs and Assembly Work Instructions.
Assisting in the production of monthly operational and quality reports (e.g. Yield, FTPR, Cost of Quality).
Gaining experience across the product lifecycle - from design through to manufacturing and live service.
Participating in stand-up meetings and working cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Taking part in STEM outreach and early careers initiatives.
Skills & Experience
A minimum 2:1 degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
Awareness of incident response, vulnerability management, and intrusion detection systems (NIDS/HIDS).
Familiarity with operating systems, networking concepts, virtualisation, and ITIL frameworks.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
Exposure to Continuous Improvement and structured problem-solving techniques.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse and present data clearly.
Comfortable working independently or within a multi-disciplinary team.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position you must:
+ Be on track to graduate by Summer 2026 with a 2:1 or above in a relevant degree.
+ Be a British citizen, and;
+ Hold or be eligible for UK National Security Vetting (NSV) -
SC clearance
