We are looking for an employer led Programme Developer to join our forward thinking and dedicated team, to lead on the design, implementation and evaluation of our sector focused training provision for Pathways to Work in Rotherham.
About the role
As the Programme Developer, you will play a vital role in the Pathways to Work programme, developing innovative employer led and sector specific training interventions to support unemployed and economically inactive people to move into sustained employment across the Rotherham borough.
The role will involve engaging with employers regarding workforce recruitment, identifying business specific training opportunities to better prepare applicants for success, leading, developing and coordinating the training plan, as well as producing progression and evaluation reports.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and deliver employer led, and sector specific training programmes to meet the needs of both employers and targeted cohorts
Produce high-quality reports and impact assessments for senior stakeholders
Employer engagement and liaison which leads to impactful initiatives that result in positive employment outcomes
Cross service collaboration
Presenting overview of programme offer to a range of stakeholders and partners
Produce performance, forecast and planning reports as required
Keep up-to-date with local and national strategy
Plan, host and lead events, workshops and meetings
