Grade 5: 32,108 - 37,338 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of 1,730 per annum
Permanent, full time (36.5 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Programme Experience Coordinator to join our Academic Programmes team at Said Business School. The team is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality student experience across a range of world-class degree programmes, including:
MSc in Financial Economics (MFE) MSc in Applied Financial Economics (MAFE) MSc in Law and Finance (MLF) Doctoral Programmes in Management and Finance BA in Economics and Management Admissions for MFE, MAFE, Doctoral Programmes and the Recognised Student Scheme
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, the Programme Experience Coordinator will be responsible for organising and delivering the student experience activities for the programmes and for ensuring that students experience outstanding customer service and flawless logistical arrangements. The postholder will need to collaborate and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and a range of stakeholders both across the School and the wider University. They will need the ability to work accurately and to strict time constraints in a complex environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders. They will have the ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems with maturity and common sense, and demonstrate initiative and possess excellent organisational skills. In addition, they will be involved in supporting the wider team in admissions and recruitment event activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Event management: Collaborate with the Programme Delivery team to develop and implement a comprehensive calendar of co-curricular activities, ensuring a coordinated service that supports the student journey and responds to the developing needs of the School.


Financial management: Provide support with financial tasks and management, including tracking expenditure, processing invoices, raising purchase orders, preparing budgets, procuring suppliers and services, and completing reports.


Communication and Data: Use technology platforms, such as Zoom, Cvent, Eventbrite, and Qualtrics, to develop and implement innovative processes that enhance the student experience.
