Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and engage a wide range of stakeholders. A passion for apprenticeships and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for learners and employers. While an engineering background is not essential, you must bring sector knowledge and experience relevant to managing technical apprenticeship programmes.
