The

Role: This position involves leading and managing

ESOL provision for either 16-18 year old learners and/or Adult learners. You would be responsible for line managing a team of ESOL tutors and leading on areas such as curriculum planning, tracking and monitoring of learner progress, assessment, ensuring student welfare and quality assurance.




Requirements:


Teaching qualification Degree in a relevant subject Level 2 / GCSE 4-9 in English and Maths Relevant experience of managing or developing ESOL provision Great track record of delivering outstanding education to learners
