Responsibilities
Team Intro The Corporate Services CoE team focuses on policy development, research, strategic planning, data analytics and programme management. We support the business by elevating and creating unique employee and corporate service experiences, specifically our operational teams (e.g., workplace and food & beverage / customer service teams). Our team focuses on implementing industry knowledge across our global portfolio, providing specialist advice and business partnership on multiple projects, programmes and innovative ideas. Responsibilities: 1. Policy Research, Analysis & Evaluation: work with management to conduct research, evaluation and analysis of policies, regulations and requirements: support solution implementation. 2. Policy Support: support creation of data and evidence based policies, guidelines and initiatives to address food programme challenges, innovation, customer satisfaction, programme requirements and forward-looking practices. 3. Business partnership and stakeholder engagement: help engage, consults and partner with the business to co-create and propose systemic sustainable solutions. 4. Data management, monitoring and evaluation: use data analysis, insights and before/after models to measure success and programme development. 5. Consultation and Collaboration: leverages industry expertise and resources to propose solutions and guidance to stakeholders. 6. Project Management: support and implement project and programmes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Research, benchmarking, project, programme and policy support. 2. Good presentation, written, analytical and stakeholder management skills 3. Data-driven and results-oriented 4. Evidence applying systematic, structured, problem solving strategic abilities to big picture and tactical requirements. 5. Willingness to travel; experience working across borders and in diverse methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree and or above. 2. Experience in program, project, financial governance, and risk management. 3. Proven leadership in people development, managing global internal teams, and vendor partnerships.
