Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of Crisis and Liaison Mental Health Services within Healthy Minds Bradford for the Bradford, Airedale and Craven Integrated Care Board (ICB). Working with Senior Responsible Officers, you will develop and align strategies and work plans across community services, establish strong governance, and coordinate delivery with partner organisations to improve quality, performance and outcomes for service users.



As programme lead for Crisis and Urgent Mental Health Care, you will shape and coordinate services so that individuals receive holistic, community-based support and seamless transitions between mental and physical health services within the crisis pathway. You will work in close partnership with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, blue-light services (Yorkshire Ambulance Service and West Yorkshire Police), and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, strengthening local care systems and ensuring timely access to 24/7 mental health crisis services and social care.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide programme management leadership within Healthy Minds Bradford for the Bradford, Airedale and Craven place at West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB).

As Programme Manager for Crisis and Liaison Mental Health Services, you will:



Lead and coordinate the Integration and Transformation Programme for crisis and liaison mental health, ensuring delivery of agreed objectives across the whole health and care system. Drive service improvement by applying expert crisis and liaison mental-health skills to design, manage and deliver strengthened urgent and community-based mental health support. Promote embed neighbourhood-based care, supporting Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to provide holistic, person-centred mental health services and seamless links with primary care - and supporting the National Integrated Neighbourhood Programme for which Bradford District and Craven is an early implementer site. Work collaboratively with a wide range of partners, most notably Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust (BDCFT) alongside service users, clinicians, voluntary and community sector colleagues and local authority representatives. Embed neighbourhood-based care, supporting Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to provide holistic, person-centred mental health services and seamless links with primary care. Champion digital innovation to streamline services, improve data sharing and reduce duplication across the system.
