The Opportunity

Roche Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Programme Manager (PgM) to lead and deliver large-scale, complex programmes that span multiple departments, products, systems, and channels. This role is pivotal in delivering transformational initiatives on time, within scope and budget, and with a clear focus on improving the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional programmes from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery to customer expectations on time, budget, and scope. Define and implement the programme vision, managing the overall integrity and coherence of all related projects and workstreams. Map and lead all dependencies across departments, channels, systems, and products to ensure full programme alignment. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and transparent communication across internal and external teams. Communicate programme status, risks, issues, and achievements clearly and effectively to all levels, including executive leadership and customer stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by applying innovative and evolving practices in pathology and diagnostics programme delivery. Champion Roche's commitment to improving patient outcomes through diagnostic excellence. Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements throughout the programme lifecycle.

Who you are

Proven hands-on leadership experience in delivering large, complex, multi-disciplinary programmes. Strong background in healthcare, ideally with experience in diagnostics, pathology, or related fields. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale programme dependencies. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex, technical content to non-technical audiences, including senior and executive stakeholders. Extensive experience engaging with C-suite executives and high-level customer stakeholders. Committed to innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery practices. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Business) or equivalent qualifications. Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent are preferred.
