Programme Manager - Finance Systems
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: 800-1000 /day (outside IR35)
Location: Buckinghamshire - Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager for a contract role to lead a finance systems implementation and technology solution for a leading insurance client. This role requires a strong background in managing complex finance systems transformations, particularly within insurance or financial services.
Key Skills & Experience required:
Experience of finance systems implementation is essential.
Bachelor's degree in relevant subject.
Experienced within ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday).
Track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
Proven experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous (or wider financial services) with sector knowledge of regulations and processes.
Strong experience in risk, governance and control.
Previous experience of managing system integrators and delivery partners through formal supplier meetings, ensuring adherence to contracts and quality standards
