The Role



We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager - (Fixed term contract) to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a major programme. The role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment with organisational goals, our 5-year plan and to drive continuous improvement, focusing on delivering value-add change on behalf of our members, customers and colleagues.

The Programme Manager will play a crucial role in programme delivery, demonstrating strong programme leadership, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our transformation portfolio includes a wide range of initiatives involving systems, process and people change, focusing on ensuring that colleagues have the right information, tools, knowledge and support to work in new ways. This may involve identifying opportunities for improvement, developing new processes and procedures, implementing new technologies or systems, and providing training and support to ensure that all stakeholders are prepared to adapt to the changes.

Responsibilities:

As our Programme Manager, some of your day to day duties will include:Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Collaborating with workstream leads, cross-functional teams and suppliers to define programme outcomes, requirements and expectations. Developing and implementing comprehensive programme plans focused on delivering agreed programme outcomes and benefits. Overseeing programme execution, ensuring adherance to quality standards, budget constraints and timelines. Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the programme team.

Proven experience as a Programme Manager or similar role managing complex delivery. Experience of delivery using Agile and Product based methodology. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong understanding of programme management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

The Process





Our interview process for this role is simple:First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams. Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.

Location



We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
