Our Fleet Operations team is the beating heart of our business, responsible for everything from vehicle logistics and preparation, to ensuring a seamless handover to our customers. As we continue our rapid growth, the complexity of these operations increases. We are looking for a Programme Manager to take ownership of key initiatives that will drive our operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the Fleet Operations Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects that are critical to our success and ability to scale.

What you'll do...



Be the central point of coordination

for key initiatives within Fleet Operations

Lead and manage a portfolio of key operational projects

from initial concept and business case through to successful delivery and handover

Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans

, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation

Work closely with stakeholders

across Fleet Operations (including logistics, vehicle prep and remarketing) and other departments like Sales, Tech, and Finance to ensure alignment and smooth execution

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks

and issues within the programme, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track

Establish and manage programme governance

, providing regular, clear, and concise status reports and KPIs to the Fleet Operations Director and other senior leaders

Drive process improvement initiatives

to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience within our fleet operations

Manage dependencies between projects within the programme

, ensuring a coordinated and effective approach to delivery

Ensure projects are delivered on time

, within budget, and to the required quality standards

What you'll need...



2 - 5 years proven experience in programme or complex project management

, preferably within an operations, logistics, supply chain, or automotive environment

Experience within a leasing or automotive business

is desirable

Excellent stakeholder management

and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the business

A track record of successfully delivering business-critical projects

in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

, with a talent for breaking down complex problems into manageable actions

A process-oriented mindset

with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence

The ability to multitask

, supported by strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

A demonstrable interest in our mission
