About the role

Do you have excellent Project Management insight and wish to diversify your skill set and develop a career as Programme Manager? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Programme Manager to join a partnership programme between Imperial College London and a consortium of industrial partners. Based at the Research and Innovation campus in White City, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, working closely with the Directors and industrial partners, to provide efficient and effective logistic support to ensure the smooth running of the Programme.


What you would be doing


---------------------------


You will be project and finance managing a large partnership, project manage research teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities will be managing the quarterly calls for proposals and handling recruitment of Research Associates. You will manage the budgets and accounts, to ensure compliance with sponsors' terms and conditions and to monitor budget expenditure. You will act as primary contact point for the project, and be responsible for responding to requests for information appropriately.

Experience in project management Experience in planning and organising in-person and virtual meetings, workshops, conferences, etc Experience in developing and managing complex projects and national or international networks Financial and budgetary management experience including record-keeping, forecasting and monitoring Ability to manage and prioritise own workload effectively to meet deadlines
