At Smplicare, we build simple, smart technology to help prevent falls in later life. As we enter a new phase of large-scale partnerships, we're looking for a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of new large-scale public and private sector rollouts of the Smplicare platform.
This is a cross-functional leadership role at the heart of our service delivery. You'll oversee multiple workstreams across product, implementation, and stakeholder engagement, helping shape the future of digital fall prevention in the UK.
What you'll do
Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder pilots that span local authorities, NHS partners, private sector organisations and community organisations
Own end-to-end programme planning: scoping, timelines, resource allocation, risks and issue management, reporting, and delivery assurance
Serve as the key liaison between Smplicare and our public and private sector partners, facilitating alignment and ensuring smooth collaboration
Translate insights from programme delivery into clear feedback for our product, marketing, and leadership teams
Manage compliance documentation, participant onboarding processes, and data collection workflows
Build and maintain programme tracking tools, delivery dashboards, and comms plans
Travel regularly to attend stakeholder meetings and support implementation in person
What we're looking for
Candidates will need to have right-to-work in the UK.
We're looking for people who are curious, kind, and ready to grow. If you're excited about our mission but don't meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you.
Experience leading large-scale programmes or transformation initiatives, ideally in health, social care, private healthcare including insurance, or the public sector broadly
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse teams
Confidence managing complex programmes with competing priorities and tight timelines
Strong problem-solving skills and an adaptable, proactive mindset
Familiarity with programme delivery tools (Google Suite, Miro, Jira, etc.)
A clear, people-first approach to teamwork and collaboration
A full driving licence and access to a car for in-person visits
Nice to have
Direct experience working with HSCPs, NHS systems, or fall prevention programmes
Background in service delivery, implementation, or public sector innovation
A personal connection to improving lives in later life, or a passion for preventative healthcare
What we offer
Flexible hybrid work model (2-5 days/week in our Glasgow office, with remote flexibility)
28 days annual leave (20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays)
Share options under the Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) scheme
The chance to join a startup at a key, go-to-market stage, and contribute to its success
Clear pathways for progression as we grow, including opportunities to shape your own team, evolve your role, and grow your compensation
A small, values-led team where your voice matters and your work has visible, real-world impact
The chance to make a real difference in helping older adults live stronger, more independent lives
