We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for a Programme Managerto join our Change Delivery Team. The successful candidate will be landing within an already established programme to implement Transaction Monitoring to support the introduction of Faster Payments across YBS.


This is a 12 month Fixed Term position, offering working from home capability plus some onsite presence in our Bradford & Central Leeds offices.

About the role




This exciting programme has multiple challenges and levels of complexity- moving forward this will focus around the integration of the Transaction Monitoring solution with Faster Payments and the rollout of Financial Crime rules, with any underpinning technical enablers, clearly describing the route to live and business change impacts at each transition state.


There are very high levels of internal focus on this programme of work up to Board level, therefore an ideal candidate will have proven success in working under pressure, and will have excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

About you




YBS are looking for a seasoned and proven Senior Programme Manager who can evidence:

Experience of delivering a new solution that is comparable to this Txn Monitoring work Proven experience within a Financial Services environment The ability to articulate key challenges and routes to address both verbally and in concise PowerPoints updates Driving delivery across a combined perm/ consultant/ supplier team Drive the decision making progress for any outstanding design or prioritisation decisions Excellent communication & the ability to bridge knowledge across Business (principally Financial Crime and Payments) and IT Teams Strong presentation skills, with ability to present to Director and C-Suite audiences Ability to Lead a cross departmental delivery teams and align delivery activities Ability to work independently, but under the remit of a Senior Manager - Programme Delivery Lead who has overall accountability for the delivery of both Txn Monitoring and Faster Payments. Experience and ability to manage a circa 5m budget and support the evolution of the underpinning Business Case
