We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead change and continuous improvement projects across our healthcare business. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence key initiatives, collaborate with colleagues, and make a real impact on how we deliver excellence.
As Programme Manager, you will oversee strategic change programmes and improvement projects, ensuring actions are completed on time and to a high standard. You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, driving collaboration and innovation to support the healthcare segment strategy. Reporting to the Performance Director, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage change programmes aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate across teams to achieve project goals and deliver results.
Organise and coordinate events, activities, and resources effectively.
Oversee multiple workstreams, prioritising key activities.
Maintain accurate project reporting, including plans and milestone tracking.
Identify and escalate risks promptly and appropriately.
Build and maintain effective internal stakeholder relationships.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement using data and technology.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience in programme or project management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Logical, data-driven approach with a passion for results.
Ability to challenge traditional assumptions and propose creative solutions.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar).
Financial acumen and customer-focused mindset.
Excellent organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
