What you'll be doing
Programme Manager - Digital
Role Responsibilities:Leading end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional projects and strategic programs.
Serving as the primary lead for business integrations, ensuring seamless alignment of systems, processes, and teams post-merger or partnership.
Partnering with senior executives to translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with measurable ROI.
Driving governance and reporting for the strategic initiatives portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Managing project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Mentoring junior project managers and contribute to the development of best practices and project standards.
Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and change impacts; implement mitigation strategies.
Influencing decision-making at the executive level with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:Education:
+ Bachelor's degree required (Master's or MBA preferred).
+ PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification strongly preferred.
Experience:
+ Proven experience of project or program management experience, in financial services, payments, or fintech sectors.
+ Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level, multi-department projects and integrations.
+ Strong business and commercial acumen, executive presence, and experience working with senior leadership.
Skills:
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
+ Strong analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities.
+ Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven with a "get it done" mindset.
