We are looking for candidates with experience of operating in a construction Programme Manager role or an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working on programmes of work.
The purpose of this role is to support the coordination of several construction rollout, capital projects on behalf of our clients in the retail sector.
You will manage programmes from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, client teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Whilst the role is primarily focussed on our client's programmes within the retail sector, we expect this role to diversify over time, allowing the successful candidate to work with clients across multiple sectors of the built environment.
We have offices based in Bolton and Central Manchester within the Northwest region. We are happy for the suitable candidate to work out of either of these offices to suit their convenience, with hybrid working also available.
