Job Description
Role Summary
Leads coordination, planning and monitoring of the NextGen Dev programme across all delivery centres. Ensures high-quality sessions, safeguarding compliance, and smooth operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily delivery across up to five centres. Line-manage teaching, outreach and support staff. Ensure safeguarding, quality assurance and risk management. Monitor attendance, learner progress and delivery outcomes. Liaise with referral partners, youth services and DSIT. Prepare progress updates and support financial reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience managing educational or youth programmes. Strong organisational and communication skills. Understanding of safeguarding and multi-agency working. Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple delivery sites.
Hours, Pay & Contract
1 day/week (8 hours/week) flexible
20/hour
Fixed-term until March 2026
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
