We are searching for a highly skilled

Programme Manager

to contribute to Liaison Care's growth and help us maintain our position as a leader in this business area.



About the role



At Liaison Care, we recognise that skilled and dedicated Programme Managers are essential to our continued growth and success. We are looking for an experienced

Programme Manager

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing work plans, overseeing project progress, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality results. You will prepare and present regular progress updates to both internal and external clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.



The ideal candidate will have strong programme management experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus on key milestones and outcomes.



Key Responsibilities include:



Lead programmes from requirements definition through to deployment, including identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, with risk mitigation strategies.


Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with delivery teams to ensure successful programme execution.


Ensure that programmes stay within scope, schedule, and budget.


Analyse programme progress and adjust scope, timelines, and costs as necessary to meet programme requirements.


Establish and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing changes or concerns.


Report programme outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels as needed.



Experience and qualifications required



Essential:


Proven client programme management experience.


Demonstrated success in working with all levels of management.



Desirable:


Previous experience and/or knowledge of Continuing Health Care (CHC).



Essential:


Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English Language (Grade A-C) or equivalent. Professional certification in Programme Management (PMP/PRINCE II or similar). Educated to A Level standard.

Ability to build strong, productive relationships internally and externally.


Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks within a busy team environment.


Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.


Demonstrated ability to deliver on deadlines and within budgetary constraints.


Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Flexible and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.


Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially when handling complex or sensitive information.


Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.


Proficiency in presenting complex information using PowerPoint, Excel, etc.



Desirable:



Experience in client relationship management.
