We're looking for an experienced

Programme Manager

to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact programmes and projects across Evri. You'll manage end-to-end delivery from Operations to Technology, ensuring outcomes are achieved to agreed quality, cost, and time constraints.


As part of our wider Project Delivery Team, you'll oversee multiple Project Managers, supporting their growth and ensuring consistency in delivery methodology, governance, and standards. You'll be at the heart of shaping the way Evri delivers change, embedding best practice and driving real business benefit through every initiative.

Lead and deliver strategic programmes and projects from inception through to benefits realisation, ensuring successful outcomes that align with Evri's corporate objectives. Coordinate and manage interdependent projects and BAU activities, balancing priorities, dependencies, and business demands. Develop and maintain programme and project plans, producing key documentation including business cases, governance reports, risk and issue logs, and benefit trackers. Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resources, ensuring accurate reporting and control across multiple workstreams. Shape and deliver business cases, identifying opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements, and operational efficiencies. Champion delivery excellence, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and time parameters in line with the Change Framework and programme principles. Coach, motivate and lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring their continued development and success. Contribute to continuous improvement of Evri's programme delivery methodology, embedding new ways of working and ensuring consistency across the Change & Transformation function. Foster a culture of innovation and accountability, encouraging creative problem-solving and data-led decision making.

Here's what you'll bring:

Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programmes and portfolios. Strong experience of project governance, financial control, and benefit management. Deep understanding of risk, change, and resource management across multiple business areas. Experienced in managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Skilled in recognised methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar. Proficient in portfolio and programme planning tools with strong reporting and analytical capability.
