Lead and deliver strategic programmes and projects from inception through to benefits realisation, ensuring successful outcomes that align with Evri's corporate objectives.
Coordinate and manage interdependent projects and BAU activities, balancing priorities, dependencies, and business demands.
Develop and maintain programme and project plans, producing key documentation including business cases, governance reports, risk and issue logs, and benefit trackers.
Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resources, ensuring accurate reporting and control across multiple workstreams.
Shape and deliver business cases, identifying opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Champion delivery excellence, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and time parameters in line with the Change Framework and programme principles.
Coach, motivate and lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring their continued development and success.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Evri's programme delivery methodology, embedding new ways of working and ensuring consistency across the Change & Transformation function.
Foster a culture of innovation and accountability, encouraging creative problem-solving and data-led decision making.
