St Austell Brewery is looking for a Programme Manager to support the implementation of a transformation programme, alongside other smaller projects. You'll take the reins on managing the planning and roadmap scheduling of development work, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
Please note: This is an onsite, full time role for 35 hours a week from January 2026, based at St Austell Brewery in St Austell.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of the transformation programme, ensuring that execution aligns with the established programme plan, timelines and strategic business objectives.
Co-ordinate project activities, working closely with internal and external vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
Support relevant business teams in translating business requirements into system functionality, ensuring the programme goals meet operational needs across the relevant business areas.
Monitor progress against plan, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, and escalating where necessary.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change readiness, including training, communications, and user adoption activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new ways of working.
Ensure quality assurance across deliverables, including testing coordination, data validation, and compliance with relevant policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Contribute to post implementation review activities, capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement of systems and processes throughout.
About you:
Recognised Project Management Qualification
Proven experience in Project Management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Brewery/Drinks/Distribution Industry Experience desirable.
Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Proven experience of risk management, mitigation and escalation.
Managing projects with significant (0.5m+) investment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate cross functional teams and stakeholders at all levels across the company.
Analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions to achieve project objectives.
