North Lincolnshire Council is looking to recruit a Family Hubs Programme Manager for a 6 month contract role.
The purpose of the role is to work in the Children and Families directorate to facilitate change and improvements for babies, children and young people by managing the implementation of North Lincolnshire's Family Hubs programme. Through designing, coordinating, overseeing, and executing of a multiagency delivery plan, to ensure families have access to a range of universal and targeted services. Family Hubs services aim to give children the best start in life and support them through to young adults (0-19 years).
This project is a transformative project, you will lead on the design the model, keep the programme on track and get the delivery plan in place. The Family Hub model is not a prescribed range of services - it is an approach that offers families more coherent and effective services in a localised way. You will need to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, incl: early years and Children Social Services, health services, youth services, parents, schools, etc. Using strong project management understand and skills the role will provide the day-to-day coordination and management of the project, using the most appropriate methodologies and approaches that meet the needs of the project and to ensure their success.
The role will work closely with senior managers within Children's Services, across North Lincolnshire Council services and external partners reporting on progress of the delivery plan to governing boards and government departments.
