What you will be doing:



You will:

Oversee the project kick-off in the case study locations (remotely) Manage collaborations that impact the strategic delivery of the project outcomes within the United Kingdom Collaborate with diverse teams of academic and professional colleagues to deliver the priorities of the project Develop and strengthen the organisational systems and project management capabilities across a research project team Ensure effective mapping of the project deliverables and communication with stakeholders, the research team, international advisory board, and departments across the university Present your insights to the project team and support the timely delivery of the project objectives

Qualifications/ experience:



Proven project management skills with experience of project planning, service delivery, and financial management Management of small and large scale projects in a complex environment Management of staff with complex, multi-layered tasks Working with multiple stakeholders across a range of organisations from diverse ethnic, social and educational backgrounds Highly developed influencing and negotiating skills, passion for innovation and continuous improvement, and the ability to gain the confidence of stakeholders Strong research and analytic skills and the development, collation, analysis, and interpretation of complex management Experience of working with academic teams to achieve stated project outcomes Experience of producing management and monitoring reports for funding bodies, steering groups and Boards in line with funding body requirements is desirable
