Key Responsibilities
Support programme planning, implementation and field-level coordination across health, education, and livelihoods.
Contribute to storytelling, impact reporting, and donor communications across digital channels.
Assist in designing and running digital fundraising campaigns and donor engagement journeys.
Use tools like
Salesforce, Canva, Google Workspace, and AI-based platforms
to support data, content, and stakeholder workflows.
Help manage and grow Islamic Aid's digital presence via
social media, email automation, WhatsApp
and other emerging tools.
Support events, webinars, and external stakeholder engagement (including volunteers and partners).
Participate in research, learning, and tech innovation across all Islamic Aid programme areas.

Highly motivated, organised, and creative.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong digital fluency - including Canva, Excel/Sheets, social media platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
