As a Programme Planner, you'll be at the heart of our Transformation Programme--shaping the future of our technology landscape and helping to drive meaningful impact across the business. What you'll be doing:
Developing and maintaining integrated, cross-programme delivery plans
Leading planning sessions with senior stakeholders, PMOs, and technology leads
Identifying and managing critical paths, interdependencies, and delivery risks
Supporting governance through milestone tracking and delivery dashboards
Assessing change impacts and contributing to change control processes
Embedding consistent planning standards, tools, and templates
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align delivery plans
Influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Programme Planner or Master Scheduler on complex programmes (30M+)
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Experience in regulated or financial services environments is desirable
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, service-based architecture, and data management
A proactive, inclusive, and solution-focused mindset
