With state-of-the-art skills in materials technology, particularly relating to elastomers, polymers, composites and engineering plastics plus extensive expertise in precision machining of exotic alloys for metallic seals, and tension control fasteners for bolted joints.

Your Role


The Project Planner plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of our ERP-enabled transformation project by developing, maintaining, and monitoring the project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports. Using an Agile-based delivery model across the programme, this role ensures that the timelines are realistic and achievable, while proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain detailed and high level project plans using tools such as Jira, MS Project or equivalent. Develop clear, concise summary views of project plans and progress to support status reporting and decision-making. Collaborate with workstream leads and stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, milestones and timelines. Monitor project progress, update tasks and schedules to reflect changes in scope, resources or timelines. Identify potential scheduling conflicts or risks and propose mitigation. Support project planning workshops and meetings, capturing key decisions and actions. Assist in the development of project dashboards and performance metrics.

About you



Essential Experience



Excellent communication with the ability to build great relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and want to make changes for better. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to plan and organise their workload. Proven experience in project planning or scheduling. Proficiency in project planning software (Jira, MS Project). Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Preferred Experience



Experience with enterprise software implementation projects within a manufacturing environment. Scrum Master experience. Release Management experience.

Qualifications:



Essential Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications



Certification in project planning or project management. Certified Scrum Master
