West Suffolk College - Bury St Edmunds 1 FTE - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent Salary: 31,206 - 34,965 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Programme Tutor in Carpentry to join our team and deliver exceptional apprenticeship training. This role is ideal for someone who holds a Level 3 qualification in Carpentry and has at least two years of hands-on industry experience.

As part of our apprenticeship programme, you will guide learners through their training, sharing your knowledge and expertise while helping them develop the skills needed for a successful career in the trade. Your strong communication and organisational skills will be essential in delivering engaging lessons, managing learner progress, and collaborating with colleagues and employers.

In this role, yo will plan and deliver high-quality sessions to support students through practical and theoretical assessments, and ensure they are meeting their learning goals. While a teaching/tutoring experience is desirable, it not essential - we value your industry background and enthusiasm for training the next generation.
