We have an opening for a software developer that will also support implementations in the realm of manufacturing. The role will be performed fully remote (work from home). PLEASE NOTE we are looking for people qualified to obtain a visa for potential travel to all over the world. We have global clients and occasional onsite travel is required to commission an application. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform software programming tasks including development, integration testing, unit testing, and documentation
  • Develop new functionality to fulfill client initiatives, including web development and systems integration
  • Translate business requirements into detailed design specifications to address both functional and non-functional requirements for major feature components
  • Perform system analysis, code modifications, and functional testing to troubleshoot application production issues
  • Perform configuration and rollout of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software modules to client sites
  • Manage full life cycle of projects, including requirements analysis, solution design and development, implementation, testing, commissioning, and go-live support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • University or college education in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • 3+ years recent experience in HTML5, JavaScript, SQL, and C#
  • Ability to write high-quality code
  • Experience with Microsoft Office product suite
  • Strong written & oral communication
  • Excellent problem solving and team building skills
  • Adaptable, able to learn new skills/technologies
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Angular, AngularJS, Bootstrap, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server preferred), ASP.NET (WebForms & MVC), Web API
  • Experience with source control systems such as DevOps, SVN, GIT
  • Strong skills in Windows-based operating systems
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa347,000.00-\xc2\xa370,000.00 per year Benefits:
