We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and professional young graduate to train as a Program Officer to join our dynamic office. This is a new and exciting position within the charity, which would suit a feminist with experience of diary management and office administration, who also has a strong interest in ending violence against Black and minoritised women and securing justice for survivors of male violence. Candidates should enjoy office management and have professional communication skills and should enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce high quality written funding bids and reports
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
- Prepare and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist the CEO in the coordination of all administrative, operational and logistical activities in the organisation.
- Maintain and file records electronically and in hard copies
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external partners
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial reports
- Responding to queries and providing customer service over the phone or in person
- Communicate with users about PHOEBEs different programs and opportunities
- Support the production of promotional materials for social media and the PHOEBE website
Additional Responsibilities
- The nature of Phoebe's work is such that tasks and responsibilities can be unpredictable and/or varied. All staff are therefore expected to work in a flexible manner when tasks that are not specifically covered in their job description have to be undertaken.
- The post-holder will, as required, contribute to materials, resources, publications, newsletters, and team meetings.
