About the Role
This role is offered on a part-time, permanent basis.
To support study programme student retention, achievement and progression through target setting, progress reviews, and effective liaison with other relevant staff. To deliver the College's group tutorial programme.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience in using Microsoft applications
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience of delivering personal development or curriculum activities with young people

Most importantly, you'll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
