Contract

: Full-time, long-term (with potential for permanent placement)
As a Progress Partner, you'll work closely with class teachers and therapists to support pupils' learning, communication, and personal development. You'll help deliver a multi-sensory curriculum, assist with personal care where needed, and build strong, trusting relationships with the children in your care.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential) A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Willingness to support pupils with personal care and medical needs Strong teamwork and communication skills A genuine passion for helping children thrive
